I completed Max Interval Plyometrics this morning. My energy level was low but I was able to do better in the different moves; well all except the power pushups and pogos. I did much better with the side pushups. I'm so glad week 1 is complete.

Congratulations on completing week -1 of month 2. I will be trailing right behind you. I had to alter my schedule a bit due to fatigue & muscle soreness. Will be on point to start week-2 on Monday.

ill be completing month 2 week 2 tomorrow as I took Friday as a rest day.
Did Max Cardio Conditioning and Insane abs today...
Feeling good as I kept up with Max Cardio and it was over so quick!! Max interval sports training tomorrow then the fit test and max interval again...
I'm really going to have to push myself to beat my last fit test, then somehow get through max interval.0 -
We survived week 1!!! : )
I did much better in all of the exercises I could do...only a couple I had to opt out of. My hubby worked out with me today and was impressed with how far I have come. Made me feel good to leave him in the dust.0 -
well this is embarrasing you guys I accidently did Plyo from month 1 and didn't realize it till I was half way through and wondering when all those hard exercises I couldn't do were going to kick in! My brother mixed up the dvd's. After realizing it half way through I just kept on, I did great at it and felt like I really worked out by the end. I was considering trying Max Plyo later, but considering how bad I am at it and i don't think i can manage two work out in a day I'm just going to go with what I did already.0

I am abroad and if it wasn't for this group, I'd probably do nothing today. Just the thought of doing this Plyo workout made me tired.
But I just completed it. I still hate it, just slightly less than when I did it for the first time
I will do Max Recovery tomorrow because I had my Rest Day on Thursday.

Max Recovery completed - the planks and pushups were tough and I had to modify some of them. Still, overall a very nice workout.0
