thick yet toned

i have extra fat in places that i rather not have, such as the annoying belly fat and in my thighs. they're not revulsive but i would prefer to have a flatter belly and slimmer thighs. i was very active in high school so although my legs are larger than i'd like they are also pretty muscular and my stomach is firm but i have overlaying fat. can anyone help me with things that i can do to fix my problem. i also have a nice toned upper body, so no problems there.

    Same boat here! We share the same body issues and frustrations I'm sure as well. I started taking fitness classes to see if that would bring bigger and better changes to my body. Most the classes provide high intensity training along with strength training so I think it will be a good change to the usual treadmill routine.

    Diet and weight loss, I am in the same boat. Working on the abs which still has a little belly fat, the more I lose the more I can see my ab muscles.
