    Hi Cooriander,

    I've been having a lot of issues with my hip and sciatica this month. Finally saw a chiropractor and my hip doctor. Both recommended that I should give my hip a rest from running ... not what I wanted to hear. So, please remove me from the spreadsheet for June so that I don't mess up the group stats. Hopefully, July will be better ...

    Yes, I'm going to do the grandfather Mountain Marathon in July. It's a very tough race, so I'm not expecting to PR, but I still want to do well. Also training for the Peachtree 10k July 4. After those two races, I'll be in base training mode for a while before picking it up for the Fall--no marathons this fall!
