    I cut up watermelon - it's something like 42 calories a cup. It's fun to eat and refreshing.

    I like to roast chickpeas and have those to snack on. I also loooove kale chips, wish I had a dehydrator! :) And I totally agree about watermelon, it's delicious!!

    Often, I skip dessert at lunch, and eat it as a snack in the afternoon.

    Frozen grapes (really refreshing now that it's hot out!)
    hard-boiled eggs (helps you feel satiated, only about 100 cals per egg)
    sunflower seeds (takes time to eat them, which is good portion control)
    crudite
    non-dairy yogurts (individual packages make for good portion control, and you can freeze for a sort of fro-yo refreshing treat)
    healthy trail-mix
