Okay, after suffering since I cannot go on any hormones,I have tried them all. So far Flax Seed Oil and Evening Primrose Oil really seem to help. Also HTP helps with my mood more than I could imagine. What have you tried?

Red Clover - recommended by my GP, no effect whatsoever
Black Cohosh - some initial effect but didn't last
I have been using bioidentidal progesterone since the weekend but am not sure how long it takes to notice any effects.0 -
I was using a generic Kroger brand menopausal supplement that had the Black Cohosh then the DH picked up One A Day menopausal vitamin mix that didn't. I am taking a Cohosh pill with this and my night sweats have been eliminated for the past 3-4 months. I bow to whoever mentioned the Cohosh - the night sweats were terribly irritating. Fortunately, I haven't had many of the other menopausal symptoms.0

Estroven Mood & Memory has worked for my perimenopausal symptoms so far.0

Everyone be leary of the Black Cohosh. It can be damaging to the liver, if taken long term. My gynecologist doesn't recommend it, for any longer than 6 months at a time.0

I take the Estroven w/multi vitamins. I have fewer to no night sweats and very short personal summer's. LOL. This blend also does wonders for the mood swings!0

My PCP had recommended New Chapter Estrotone which has a nice blend of supplements to help with all the hormonal symptoms. It costs a little more but it's a quality product & for me at least it really helps. I also take a bioidentical progesterone.0
