Max Interval Circuit done!!! Boy my shoulders. I don't know how I got through it after having bootcamp last night. But it does seem to get easier.

My shoulders hurt too. And my abdominal muscles. I hope to be able to do a serious workout today!0

I failed myself yesterday i only managed the fittest, i guess I didnt realise how much more effort i put into the Sports training and also the lack of break between Sunday and Monday double workout.
My fit test results only slightly improved and on some they were the same, the positive is i made it through the fit test easily it went so quick which made me think about Shaun T25. 25 mins day sounds like a pleasure compared to insanity.0 -
T'was Max Interval circuit for me today and I quite enjoyed. I however had a late night so it was that much more difficult to get up to workout. I generally wake up at 5am nowadays (used to wake up at 5.30 during Month 1) so that I can make it to work on time with an hours commute. I am already looking into my next exercise DVD and I am definitely leaning towards Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution if only for the shorter time commitment. What are you guys going to do next?0

had another morning where I get up and get ready to workout and then just layed back down. Its like it takes my body those 10 minutes to alert me that it isn't a good idea. Thinking back it happens once a week. So my workout will be tonight, then tackle plyo in the morning. JOY!!! LOL
After Insanity my plan is to do P90X (since I already have it) in the morings, and then run in the evenings.0 -
Oh and a funny story about sore abs.
Ok, so I have NO ab muscles whatsoever...even throughout my time in the military I just didn't have em. Well the last few days I keep complaining that my stomach hurts, feels like cramping due to TOM or something close...I keep thinking it had to have been something I ate that is causing it. However last night it dawned on me...its those lower abs!!! I HAVE lower abs...or the start of them. : ) Made my day!!!0 -
I was freakin' FANTASTIC today! I went through the circuits with fury and so much energy. I was sweating like crazy and I feel great now. I have no idea where this comes from. I had no coffee today. Is this the secret?

I am considering doing Chalean Extreme or P90X. If I will have time for 60-90 minutes workouts, I'll go for p90X, if not, the shorter program.0 -
I got up not being motivated to work out but once I was in it I got movtivated anf really felt great. I too have sore abs, even started to feel like I was getting a sideache during those high knee ab's. Not looking forward to Plyo tomorrow as usual.
Has anyone done Rockin Body or Hip Hop Abs? Those are the two I'm considering doing after insanity. I know they won't be as intense, but I'm hoping something a little lower impact will get my weight loss moving again.0 -
I am so disappointed where I will not be able to squeeze in my workout tonight. Leaving work now. Horrendous day. I will only be able to take a shower & hit the bed. I have another 12+ work shift in the early morning. I have been doing so well with my schedule. I have to make some adjustment to workout schedule.
I plan on doing turbofire next since I inherited the set from a friend.
I really want to do Chalean Extreme with her 3 phases for strength training with weights. It's all about body composition for me at this point.0 -
Has anybody heard when Shaun T's T25 workout will be released. I saw the preview similar to the Insanity but, you get the job done in 25 minutes with very little to no break. I became intrigued but, I have to see how I survive Insanity.0

Focus T25 is supposed to come out by the end of this month. I think its being released this weekend at the Coach's Summit and then it will be released to the public. I may have my Beachbody Coach order it for me so I can have it once we finish Insanity. It looks like its going to be a longer version of his Fast and Furious workout.

Sorry you had a bad day. I sold Turbo Fire to a friend. I still have Chalene Extreme and have done a few of the workouts. I'm doing Focus T25 next.0
