Starting week 11. I ended up missing 1 cardio from Week 9 and 1 from Week 10--but in 10 weeks I've only missed those 2 workouts.
My victory is that I am in my 2 smallest pair of jeans that I own. Aiming to look good in my white jeans for this summer and to need to buy new pants this fall.0 -
I am half way through JMBR and I start the notorious workout 7 tomorrow. I've lost over 11lbs, cleaned up my eating, beat a sugar addiction (I think) and feel so much better physically and emotionally. Seeing these results just makes me want to keep going. I wonder what will happen when I'm done. I really need to keep exercising.0

I'm starting work out 6 (going into my 6th Week) of JMBR.. I'm able to get through the workouts pretty well (have had to make minor adjustments due to a hand/wrist injury) but I keep up w/ her on everything and if there's a move I can't do I replace it with something on the same level of difficulty. I haven't lost a pound and while I FEEL like my abs are flattening, my clothes don't fit much differently. I'm going to keep plugging away but don't know what I"m doing wrong. Do all of you follow the diet as well?0

I am on my last week of Phase 1, completed workout 4 today (the best one so far)! I am seeing small changes to my body shape. I've been struggling with my diet though, my sugar intake has been horrendous but slowly getting that in order this week. Would love to see some lbs down but so far happy with the chances am seeing..cant wait to start phase 2 next week.
So a question for all you hardcore JMBR's, what phase did you like the best? which one did you see the most result in?0 -
I'm on my last week of Phase 1 also!! I can tell a difference in the way my clothes are fitting!! I really can't wait to finish the whole 90 days or so. I would like to know what Phase was the hardest for people as well. I'm guessing if this workout plan is anything like Jillian Michael's others, it's going to be Phase 2 that's rough (but I can't wait)0

I just started Phase 2 on Sunday. I eat about 1200 calories a day. I have only lost 5 pounds and my clothes arent fitting any differently. I have noticed my breasts are getting smaller :ohwell: I have also noticed that I am able to do certain exercises that I wasnt before. however, my muscles dont get sore anymore after the second week. which concerns me. during the workouts my muscles burn and I sweat a lot.0

You ladies are doing so well! I'm in Week 1 of my second go around of JMBR. At the end of my first round, I was the fittest I'd ever been in my life. Looking forward to getting back there and staying there! I did find Phase 2 the toughest - especially WO7 - I shudder to think that's ahead of me! :laugh: You all will see fantastic results if you follow the program! Of course, as Jillian says, you can eat your way through ANY exercise program so I'm trying to be diligent there as well. Good luck fellow JMBRers!0
