Hey everyone well I finished stage 1 a couple of weeks ago and have been away for two weeks so finally got round today to taking some progress pics :0)

My stats are as follows

starting at 123lbs Now 125lbs

Calf 13.5" No Change
Thigh 21" ~ 21.5" +.5"
Hips 36" No Change
Navel 33" ~ 31" - 2"
Waist 27.5" ~ 26.5" - 1"
Underbust 30" ~ 29" - 1"
Neck 13" No Change
Arm 11" ~ 11.5" +.5"
Bust 32.5 No Change

So not big changes on paper but looking at the photo's my body is definitely changing shape :0)
I've included photo's from when I started my first round of exercise so you can see the difference it has made.
