    ooo can you add me to the group please, i've had a bit of a wobble and reverted back to old ways but after putting all the most of the inches I had lost lifting back on I can see it is the way forward. I think i needed that for my own mind to prove that it was the way to go. could really do with some encouragement and motivation to keep me going

    Happy 4th! If you need more support do comment on this thread and I'll add you to our group. Our group is steadily growing but 250 still a lot smaller than this main group you do get to know people! Please ask group for advice on EM2WL or on any other issues. I just started a topic on summer salads for example.

    I'd like to be added! I'm not at all new to MFP, but very new to the boards/groups. I just started utilizing that aspect...

    Can anyone tell me, can you open your diary to just select people or does it have to be public, private, or all friends? I don't know that any of my current friends live by EM2WL... maybe I just need to edit my friends list.
