    Up 1.75lbs this week

    Bit of a bummer but I went camping this weekend and will admit to stuffing my face and drinking a sh*teload of booze!! Mind you I also went on a couple of mammoth (1k burns each) cycle rides but it obv just wasn't enough to combat the gluttony!

    Haha, nice! That was me last week (not alcohol, but food). Nice runs tho, that helped for sure!

    Down 3.4 pounds this week!

    Last week had a lot of weight fluctuations caused by me staying up late and drinking water in the wee hours of the morning. Now that my schedule has normalized, I'm getting to see what I've actually lost. :)

    Today I was able to fit into an old favorite t-shirt of mine. That made me super happy.
