I was able to try out Focus T25 yesterday and all I can say is WOW!! It was awesome. If you haven't heard about this one, it's from Shaun T, who created Insanity, Hip Hop Abs and more. Today's cardio routine was like a combo of Insanity, TurboFire (or Combat) and Hip Hop Abs in one 25 minute workout.

I'm looking forward to its release in June! Are you?

    Is it super intense? I am skeptical of it being only 25 mins a day 5 times a week and still promising the same results of Insanity.

    It was intense but effective! You go for the entire 25 minutes, a few moves can be seen as a "break" but it's go-go-go!

    A few coaches and their guests were able to preview it at a regional event in Sacramento and I wasn't going to miss that opportunity!

    I may purchase it to start it on August after I will complete 2 round of Insanity on September 1

    OK, here are the prices:
    Launch - Monday
    Challenge Pack (Shakeology, Program + Club Membership) - $180, $205 after July 31st
    Program itself - $120 ($90 for coaches)

    I ordered yesterday morning. Gotta finish Insanity first but looking forward to mixing it up a bit.
