Officially weighed today, not as bas as I thought.
Goal: .5 pounds a week
Exercise: 4-5 days one hour each. I would really like to at least take a small walk on the days I don't run
Misc Goal: NO MORE SWEET TEA - It has officially been one week since my last tea
Reward: Either a visit to STL for a shopping trip, or a night out with my husband.
I have a float trip with my in-laws in about 3 weeks. I would like to get 2 pounds off by then.0 -
