7 week check in
How's everyone doing? I had a sucess. Maybe not on the scale, but I have lost inches PLUS I walked a 5K on Saturday and did it in 1 hour and 4 min which comes out to be about 21 min miles. YEAH!! I was very happy with the results. So what successes has everyone else done?
6th week check in
So how is everyone doing? It has been a month an a half since we started this team. I have not had success with weight loss but I have cut out the caffeine, cut out the breakfast sandwiches and cut back on going out to lunch. I have also tried to make dinner more often at home. Well - it seems we all tried to get back on wagon this week. Glad to see we are all sticking with this! Fell down, getting back up
No surprise, my avoidance to logging in is because I have not been very good. Between a camping vacation and deciding that I needed to quit drinking coffee I have just done very well. Today is a new day, I have not lost this week, but will be getting back on track........ so you can all give my advice right back to me.
