GREAT treat and about 85% fat.
High calorie, but I'm going to use it for fat fasting.

This is the same as making Bullet Proof coffee except without the chia seeds, just add the rest of the ingred for BP coffee0 -
I love the coco oil and cocoa powder mixture, melt it all up, put it in silicon bun cases, add in nut butter to the middle, cover with more

They're a bit expensive, but a big lasts you a while! I get the Bob's Red Mill ones at our international farmer's market here.
The bulk bins at Whole Foods usually have them also.0
