2 tbsp chia seeds
1 packet splenda

GREAT treat and about 85% fat.

High calorie, but I'm going to use it for fat fasting.

Calories: 363
Carbs: 12
Fiber: 11
Fat 38
Protein: 4

ETA that's 1 net carb!

    It's like eating icing.. and it's high fiber. I put it in the fridge to solidify the oil for tomorrow. I can't wait for breakfast. :laugh:

    This is the same as making Bullet Proof coffee except without the chia seeds, just add the rest of the ingred for BP coffee

    I love the coco oil and cocoa powder mixture, melt it all up, put it in silicon bun cases, add in nut butter to the middle, cover with more

    Plus in freezer, mini treats! delish and so moreish

    I really want to try chia seeds, but I looked online and they seem so expensive! Where's the best place to buy them?

    They're a bit expensive, but a big lasts you a while! I get the Bob's Red Mill ones at our international farmer's market here.

    The bulk bins at Whole Foods usually have them also.
