Everyone will need to weigh in on Monday the 24th and log it into MFP. You can also publicly announce your weight loss goals, excercise goals and rewards on the group message boards if you choose to do so. And lets have fun with this!

    I'm in!! Gettin back into the weight loss regiment after a few set backs. My weekly goal is 2 lbs with at least 3 30 minute workouts a week.

    Officially weighed today, not as bas as I thought.
    Goal: .5 pounds a week
    Exercise: 4-5 days one hour each. I would really like to at least take a small walk on the days I don't run
    Misc Goal: NO MORE SWEET TEA - It has officially been one week since my last tea :)

    Reward: Either a visit to STL for a shopping trip, or a night out with my husband.

    I have a float trip with my in-laws in about 3 weeks. I would like to get 2 pounds off by then.

    Reward: not sure. some clothes would be nice. running out of pants that fit without having to pull them up every 5 min.
