Level 3, Day 9

Day 9, level 3 is done!

OMG!!!! ONLY ONE DAY LEFT!!!!

But, I have an issue. Yesterday, I tweaked my upper hamstring/glute. It felt OK when I started today's workout...but then started to hurt again during the mountain climbers. Had to take it easy the rest of the work out. (worst calorie burn during the 30DS!!!)

So, I'm undecided if I want to rest tomorrow (giving time for my muscle to recover) and do my last day on Friday....OR....do my last day tomorrow as planned and just do something other than the mountain climbers (maybe jumping jacks instead?).

Any suggestions????
