Rate of loss slowing down

Hello,
I'm hoping to get some feedback on my current situation. A little background: I started in October at 262 pounds (I'm 5'4''). I was eating 1900 calories a day and stayed at that for a couple months. I started lifting with a trainer in late December and bumped my calories up to 2100-2200 and I also started running 2-3 times a week.

I've kept my calories anywhere between 1900-2200 (TDEE-20/25%) since December. My BF% has gone from around 51% to around 33%. My current workout routine is running 2-3 times a week (training for a 10k) and TRX 2 times a week. TRX ends soon and I'll start lifting 3x weekly again when it does.

My weight has been hovering between 198-202 since mid-May. I looked back at my weight log and I've lost around 7 pounds since the end of March. I'm trying to not sweat it that much because I know my fitness has improved and I've lost some inches. My concern is that as much as the scale shouldn't matter, I'm still at a very unhealthy weight for my height.
Should I tweak something? Keep things the same and hope the scale moves again? Any feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you taken a TDEE break? Every 4-6 weeks we suggest eating at TDEE for a week so your body doesn't adjust down to your cut number. Also, you cut is so steep. We suggest up to a 15% cut, but no more. Cut four weeks, then TDEE for a week and keep the cut number changing.

I will try TDEE for a week and then TDEE-15%. I just got a Fitbit so hopefully that will help me make sure my TDEE estimate is fairly accurate. I initially had a bigger cut because I started with over 100 pounds to lose, but realize I should have adjusted it smaller as I was losing. Thanks for your help!

Also as you get closer to goal reduce your cut. By near the end your cut should be like 5%.
