NSV - rode in my tall boots today

Can't remember the last time I wore them. They do have zippers, but they are the standard calf width for Mountain Horse. I also had to mount from the ground because my DH borrowed my mounting platform and didn't put it back. Horse didn't even "mutter" when I got on (6 months ago, when I - unsuccessfully - tried, I thought I was going to pull my poor pony over).

For anyone looking for tall boots--I purchased a pair of Petrie Anky boots. They fit my calf great. They are custom of course, but I bought them used. It makes a big difference...its so hard to find quality boots with large calf!0
