Best workouts during reset?

What should I do for workouts while I reset? Is this a good time to try and build muscle? Right now I do cardio 5 days a week for an hour and one hour of body pump. Thanks!

    Let's see if I get this right. The recommendation is to cut back on cardio. Walking a few times a week is good. Weight lifting 3-4 times a week. Which does not influence your calorie requirements enough to modify your net calorie intake.

    Since the reset is the chance to test and find your TDEE for your normal workout routine, best to keep it the same.

    That being said, doing a muscle retaining exercise would be better advantage than a muscle wasting exercise no matter what.
