I have been consistently slimming for the past few months slowly but surely, and I have to say I haven't worked this hard in a while, and now I feel like I have to work HARDER because things are getting easier... Is anyone else at this point? How did you overcome it?

As your body gets used to things they always get easier. You have to work harder to get the same burn especially as you lose the weight. I don't think there is any way around it unless you change up your workout a bit.

I would suggest talking to a trainer who could give you a better idea based on what program you are using now.

When I start to reach a plateau I know it's time for me to start something new. Sometimes this means incorporating a different type of exercise, changing when I exercise, or making a diet change. One thing that was really successful for me, was to do a sugar fast. I cut out all sugar and kept my carbs pretty low for a few weeks. It was hard, but it worked. I would warn against working your body too hard. I did and I ended up with an injury that resulted in having to cut out exercise for a month and gain back all the weight I lost. Changing up your routine or increasing your calorie deficit will stop you from reaching a plateau.

Is your exercise something that can naturally grow in intensity or duration? I finally completed the c25k running program while on MFP and have continued to increase my distance and speed a) because it offsets the workout getting easier for my body as I keep training and b) I want to be a better, faster runner.

I did change my workout to doing higher intensity routines(spinning class and strength training class and other cardio classes..), I decreased my carb intake ( or I am trying to) to see if that can lead to a change. My sodium intake I'm still watching and sugar unless it comes from fruits..
