Hummus usually isn't made with any glutens. Your best bet is to check the labels when you go to the store. If it contains wheat, barley, or rye then it's a no go. We don't have a publix here, so I couldn't tell you if it is or isn't. Just know that if it does have glutens in it, then it probably isn't a healthy choice (for hummus sake).
