I did the first day burn circuit 1 yesterday! It was awesome! My legs and thighs still hurt
. i'm excited for tomorrow morning burn circuit 2!

well done for starting. I love love love CLX and everyone I know who's tried it loves it too. I got some good results on the 90 day program and am now doing the 4th month - Lean for Life. Love that the most as it's a combo of all 3 months. Enjoy and make sure you take measurements. They talk louder than the scale.0

Oh and I brought them off walmart, they are adjustable.0

Way to go, I started yesterday, I need some heavier weights but I still felt it this morning when I got up. I am doing the combo of it with turbofire.0
