Hi Everyone!

Don't forget to report your progress to be included in the leader board either on this board or private message me.
Let's get things moving! Encourage new people to jump on board! We are back full force! Keep it movin'!
****This week's goal *****
350 minutes of cardio or 20 miles on a treadmill, elliptical, crosstrainer, or walking/running with a pedometer.
5 days in the green (staying under in calories)
8 cups of water 5 days
2 servings of fruits and vegetables 5 days
*** If you are new feel free to half the minutes or mileage to get started ***
***For a bonus flower try a new ab routine! You can do whatever you'd like but here's a link if you want to try this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6vY7lZGrjw this video is a throw back to the 90's when I would come home from school and do an ab workout! I love abs of steel and Tamilee Webb! I still have this tape!
If you are new jump right in! We report our results on this strain every Sunday night to be included on the leader board for the following week.
Welcome to the newbies take a minute to introduce yourself to each other.
My name is Melissa and I look forward to meeting you all! We can do this!!

I think I still have abs of steel and buns of steel somewhere on vhs - (just no vhs player) I remember doing those (way before I had my daughter tho) lol....just brought me down memory lane, might have to look up something on youtube for me off-gym day (she has me doing stability ball crunches and back extension - wuufta!)
Looking forward to being back on track - good luck everyone and have a great week!0 -
this week is more done than not
I have been tracking really well, and working out as much as my #$@%@#^%& knee will let me!
It's hot and muggy today--yuckeroo~!
I have next week off, but not really going anywhere----going to really strive to stay just as on track during a lazy week as a work week!0 -
Hope everyone had a great week!
@Alana, hope your knee is feeling better!
Feeling better, blood sugars were out of whack but seemed to get better as the week went along. Still not sure why tho..hmm. Got back on track this week. seems it is harder to get exercise minutes in than used to be, had changed my activity level to be more accurate as I find I am no longer sedentary, which is a good thing!
368 minutes of cardio
7 days in the green (staying under in calories)
8 cups of water 7 days
2 servings of fruits and vegetables 6 days
didn't get a chance to do a new ab, my new routine at the gym really kicked my butt, so was lazy over the weekend with exception of dancing. lol.
Have a great week everyone! see you again sunday!0
