Know what you are Eating

Attention!!!

Please be aware of what you are eating. It is great that you are maintaining your calories. However, Please know that you need to do your research and read the labels. For example. After i consumed my Grilled Premium McWrap, I found out that my 440 calorie lunch contained over 1300g of sodium. Just cause it looks healthy does not mean that it is healthy. \\

    Yeah definitely! On the positive side of that, I was surprised at how few calories are in sweet potatoes. I had a big baked one today that was very filling and was only about 180 calories.

    Even if you add butter, sugar, marshmallows, nuts, or whatever you like to jazz it up, it's still a great sweet-tooth satisfying dish that has fewer calories and more nutrients (Vitamin A, fiber) than something like cake or brownies. Plus, the glycemic load for a sweet potato is lower than other sweets, so your blood sugar doesn't spike and crash as hard.
