Well I got to work late this morning so I did Pure Cardio instead of Max Cardio. With me having boot camp tonight this probably was a wise decision. I was thinking about doing Core Cardio today and Max Cardio on Saturday but I changed my mind.
I must say it seemed so much easier today than the other times I did it. Maybe because of all the insane Max workouts.
We have a meeting yesterday at work and there was a guest speaker who owns a fitness studio. My boss is going to allow him to come in for a month a teach a class. This is really exciting because we have people who won't go to the gym but are more comfortable working out in groups. It will start in August after we get through our Anniversary Sale.

Feeling a thousand percent better after taking a motrin & having a good night sleep. The persistant lower back ache is gone. Heading off to work. Barring any unforseen complications, I will be doing Plyo tonight.0

Max cardio conditioning and insane abs done. Max cardio is my favourite workout in month two simply because there are no intervals. I am not crazy about redoing exercises. I must say this is the first time I have completed insane abs as I usually give up as I cannot do most of the sitting ab exercises.0

Workouts complete. It was minimal effort at best though. After the last few days this morning just felt like starting all over on day 1. I came up with a plan to work in the missed workouts over the next week and a half though so I won't feel like I completely failed for not getting the last two or three workouts in. I think my mind is just ready to be done with Insanity and move on to something else for a bit.0

Did Cardio conditioning and completed cardio abs a couple hours later. I like this work out, but I'm finding myself getting bored with insanity and wanting it to be done already. Just about to order Rockin Body to start when I'm done. Very happy with the inch loss, not so much weight loss I've achieved through doing insanity.0

Missed Tuesdays workout but did it yesterday after a long day of standing up at an exhibition all day , today will be more of the same all day at an exhibition followed by Wednesdays workout!
On the plus side there's only 3 workouts to go and a fit test!!
