Wowza! did that NMTZ again and nearly died...again! lol

Worst part: the entire vid lol
Best part: the burn, the sweat....the fact that I made it through!

I have been reading your guys post! You are so Inspiring!!! Way to go!!

    You are doing awesome, it takes guts to keep it up, especially with challenging workouts! Today was a running day for me, so a day off from Jillian.

    Great job Aradia and Butterfly! Today was a run day for me too. It was so hot and muggy today that I couldn't bring myself to do JM after 4 miles of blood, sweat and tears. Ok, it was just sweat but it was a lot of it. :noway: LOL!

    I feel so much better that I didn't let the heat deter me from my run. :bigsmile:

    Day 9 of 30DS............ last day tomorrow of level 1 yay!

    I did day 3 of level 3. Has anyone else found level 3 to be the best? I'd say I disliked level 3 the most. Those cardio minutes made me want to die or maybe even cry and swear some. I always look forward to the ab minute for sweat relief and I run. A LOT. Jillian is a she devil but thats why she keeps us going right? Well done Aradia! I have no idea what your workout was.

    Of the 30DS? Yes, 3 was my favorite. i switch around all the levels now that ive completed it but mostly between 3 and 2.

    It took me a min to figure out what workout she was talking about too. But i figured it out .. NMTZ - No More Trouble Zones - another Jillian video.
