Week 2( day something)
Come on everybody! I did 30 DS level 1 Day 6 for me today. I got into a mess of poison ivy and skipped workout 2 days. Thank goodness for hydrocortisone cream! But I'm back in the game her, Let's GO!:tongue:
Week 3 - Day 2
Hi Ya'll...how's this week going? I did 6W6P level 2 this morning. I felt stronger on my most hated move (the burpees), so that was a good motivation to keep at it. Keep up the good work, let's do this thing!!
Day Six (week 2)
Yesterday I didn't do the workout. Going to push myself to do it today. Before the sun gets too high in the sky!!! Sounds like the weekend is getting to us!

Wowza! did that NMTZ again and nearly died...again! lol Worst part: the entire vid lol Best part: the burn, the sweat....the fact that I made it through! I have been reading your guys post! You are so Inspiring!!! Way to go!!
