Come on everybody! I did 30 DS level 1 Day 6 for me today. I got into a mess of poison ivy and skipped workout 2 days. Thank goodness for hydrocortisone cream! But I'm back in the game her, Let's GO!

Doing body revolution phase 1, week 3. The new discs have me a bit sore. Today is cardio day; I ran two miles this morning, tonight I will do cardio disc1. I am loving this workout.0

I did Body Revolution Cardio 1 for the first time. I do ok with the running type moves, but those arm circles and speed bag kill me--I've got quite a bit of jiggle on there to work off! Too bad the arm shaking isn't as sexy as the booty shaking! :laugh:0
