Body Revolution?

I see some of the dedicated people talking about body revolution. Is it a lot harder than 30 day shred? Are the workouts longer? How are they recommended , I mean do you them every day or 3 days a week? I really am just getting back to doing some Jillian workouts after several weeks of not working out. Keep up the good work team!

I'm currently doing the Body Revolution. The workouts are the same length (approx. 30 min) and follow the same format 3 min strength, 2 min cardio & 1 min abs over 90 days. The nice thing about these dvds is that you rotate through more dvds in three phases. I just finished the first week of phase 2 (workout 5 & 6 and cardio 2). It is definitely getting harder and I can feel the difference in my endurance in strength. I highly recommend the program:happy:0
