Did I mess up my ketosis?

Would the orange and lemon slices I put in my pitcher of water that I keep in the fridge have been enough to throw off my ketosis? I was thinking that the sugars from two thin-ish slices of slices of lemon and two of orange wouldn't be enough to make a difference - especially because I keep refilling the pitcher and diluting the water than the slices have been soaking in.
But I have suddenly hit a bit of a plateau. Could be just a plateau, could be my screw-up. . .

I doubt it, but I suppose anything's possible.
I know I've gotten quite lazy about the 'chemistry' of the whole thing, and I'm sure my loss has slowed as a result.
On the other hand - my body has certain 'set points' - places where it likes to sit and hang out for a while - and I've noticed that whenever I reach one of those points (that I know are there, because they were 'stopping points' on the way UP), no matter what I do, no matter how closely I stick to plan, no matter how much or how little exercise I add.....my body's simply going to sit and 'rest' there for a while. One to two weeks is typical, for me.
Eventually, the loss starts up again (and not with a jump-start either, more's the pity), but I think that my body has these moments of 'panic', where it realizes that things are changing, and it's afraid of 'starvation' or something.....so it just hits the pause button until it can re-assess and stabilize and realize that no, it's okay after all, no one's actually starving, and it's okay to keep releasing the weight.
The closer I get to goal, the more closely-set these points are, too. :-/ It's highly annoying.
I'm sort of okay with it, though, because throughout all of this (and even through whatever slip-ups and just plain 'screw it' days I have)....I haven't *regained* any weight. The scale may be going down slowly, or stalling out at times, but it's still on a downward trend. So I feel reasonably good that if my body is taking pauses on the way, it's only 're-setting' itself to be happy at a lower weight, and I can only see that as a good thing. :-)0 -
Ugh, I'm in one of those points as well. It's so annoying. My problem is, i go off plan for 3 days and gain 5 lbs, and then have to spend 2 weeks losing the same 5 lbs.
I'm starting to think pistachios may be my problem.0 -
Also, the targio weight loss app really, really helps. it tracks my weight over time, so, it may look like a plateau now, (or even more frustrating, a random 2 lb gain that sticks around for a day) but when i back up to the big picture, it's still a weight loss process. it also may just be that you're holding onto some waste in your body. I've been using the app for 2 years, so it's pretty neat to see. Even when i get off of the wagon, and stay off for months, i can see the steady drop as soon as i get back on plan.
Another theory is that your fat cells may be conspiring with your digestive tract to help you hold on to their current housing situation. Think of your body that has a bunch of rent stabilized apartments, but you're making renovations, and they really need to get out. give them a 30 day notice!
Also, find other ways to reward yourself. I went out and bought a "It's not a sprint, it's a marathon" bracelet to celebrate that I didn't eat office cake, ice cream, or cookies, or cherries yesterday and my coworkers were pretty obnoxious about it.

Thanks for your insight! I had been losing at a pretty good rate, so it wouldn't surprise me if my body was stopping and taking a "breather" of sorts.
I really like that bracelet, too. It would be a good physical reminder about making new habits as I reach for something to eat.0
