Alright! My goals are 60 miles on my feet, and 60 miles on my bike.
Feet:
May 29 - 3 mile run
May 31 - 2 mile walk with a friend.
June 1 - 2 mile dog walk
June 2 - 4 mile walk with my dog and Bruno Mars.
June 3 - hike 3 miles with my son.
June 4 - 2 mile walk to tennis court & back
June 5 - 3.25 mile fitness course
June 8 - 10K - Jerimy Bitner Fallen Officer Memorial Run. 70 minutes!
June 9 - 4 mile dog walk with Sugarland
June 12 - 4 mile run at the lake with my dog
June 14 - 1.55 mile walk to/from the tennis court
June 15 - 3 mile dog walk
June 20 - 6 mile run
June 22 - 3 mile family hike
June 24 - 2.5 miles (per Runtastic) skateboarding circles in a church parking lot.
June 26 - 2.5 mile dog walk
June 27 - 3.5 mile run

June 10 - 5 miles (My transportation this morning)
June 13 - 16 miles
June 18 - 20 miles (95 min ride. Spent 1/2 the time yaking on the phone)

Total Bike Miles: 60 DONE HERE!!

May 31 - 45 minutes basketball shooting & dribbling & yard work
June 4 - 45 min tennis, hitting ball against the singles wall
June 7 - swim laps, 30 minutes, freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke (indoor pool)
June 9 - Mow & edge the back yard, 30 min. <--I should get another mile & 1/2 for this!
June 10 - 30 min shooting baskets & playing on the court while waiting during my daughters piano lesson.
June 11 - Swim laps, 30 min, freestyle & breaststroke. (outdoor pool so no backstroke today)
June 14 - tennis, 45 min against the singles wall
June 15 - 15 minutes skateboarding
June 16 - gardening 1 hour
June 17 - 35 min basketball
June 20 - swim laps 40 minutes
