    Mango Strawberry Ice Cream
32 Grams Whey (Blend with Casein Elite Gourmet Vanilla)
1 Cup of Egg Whites (Walmart Brand)
    1/2 tsp of Guar Gum
    1/2 tsp of White Vinegar
    1 tsp of Xanthan Gum
1 Ice Tray of Fit & Active (Aldi) - Mango Tropical Beverage
    1/2 Cup Fit Active Strawberry

    72b35194.jpg

    Tried the blender this time:
Set the ice cubes out to soften for a few minutes.
Added Egg Whites, Guar & Xanthan Gum into mixer - blended on high until it fluffed up.
I carefully used a spoon to help it spin. I ended up with a nice fluff.
    Turned Off Mixer
Added Ice Cubes and pushed to the bottom.
Repeated blending process with spoon to help it along..

Moved to plastic 'bucket', folded in protein powder, strawberry fit active diet soda and left in the freezer.
Froze as hard as a rock.

Removed and let soften while eating dinner...
Added back to blender in small portions. It went from an icy texture back to fluffy soft serve!

    Smooth, mango fruit taste

You can make this however you prefer but here are the "flavenoids" to add in.

    Vanilla Protein Powder
Coconut Extract (baking aisle - next to the Vanilla)
    Sweetened Coconut Flakes (baking aisle)

If you've got carbs to blow, try adding some dry yellow cake mix in there for a Coconut Creme Cake like flavor.

    Chocholate Expresso Fluff - gp79

    comments and discussion located here-

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/440832-chocolate-expresso-protein-fluff

40g Gaspari Myofusion (Milk Chocolate flavor)
    3 Egg Whites
    2 Packets of sugar alternative
    2 tbsp Hershey's Baking Cocoa
    1/2 c. Almond Breeze (40/cal version)
1 tbsp Coffee / Espresso grounds
8 -9 ice cubes, finely smashed
sprinkle of Xanthan Gum - although may work without this ingredient.

It's the only thing in my diary today (7 Jan) for the first meal if you want to check out the macros.

I added the Baking Cocoa to get rid of the protein powder flavor that my wife notices more than I do. 2 tbsp seemed to do the trick, not to mention the baking cocoa has so few calories I find it to be worth it for taste.

Coffee naturally enhances chocolate flavors if done with ease. Add too much and it will taste quite a bit like coffee so adjust to your preferences.

I've found you can really add as many egg whites as you want, I did one last night with a full cup of egg whites although it came out very "airy" and after only 3 - 4 bites I could feel the bloat coming on. Today with only 3 egg whites, it was excellent like a lighter version of a butter cream.

    Strawberry Jello Protein Fluff -carrieogg

Original post, comments and pictures located here-
    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/457158-strawberry-jello-protein-fluff

2 scoops Vanilla Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein
1 packet sugar free strawberry gelatin
1 tsp Xanthum gum (probably didn't even need this much)
2 egg whites (or 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (skim milk would make it taste even better but I didn't have any)
~1 cup+ finely crushed ice (used a blender)

I only mixed it for about 6 minutes because it kept creeping up the beaters and spilling out (down boy!)....maybe less xanthum gum next time(?)

It only made about 5.5 cups--maybe more if I was able to mix it longer.

For the whole recipe: 377cal, 64g protein, 10 carbs, 5g fat
