    Sorry, don't check the boards too often. But yes. Just 1 cheat day so far, and that was on 6/14. Was reading on /r/keto about different reactions people had when they ate more carbs then they've become used to. So I decided to see what I would go through, you know, for science. Ordered from the Chinese place I always used to go to. Got the same Amazing chicken I always did. Ate all of the chicken, and only a couple spoonfuls of the rice. Nothing really terrible happened after that. I was out of keto for like half of the next day, and had a slight headache. The day after that I was down like 5 or 6lbs. Got right back into my usual routine, and didn't have any kind of carb cravings after. Thought it was pretty funny when I called and the lady who takes the orders told me she thought I'd moved since I hadn't ordered anything in so long.

    Successfully did keto a few years ago, have been on and off and not really in the headspace to successfully get healthy. I think that's changed. I hope it has.
