*Weights, barbell ect can be added for more of a workout but first youtube how weighted ones are done if you've never done them before.
*Bonus this week is an easy one - 30 mins of walking/running/jogging Even skipping will count for this
Walking at work/shopping ect doesn't count only planned walks for calorie burning counts for this.
