Provide your stats (height/weight/age/bodyfat% if you know it/etc) 5feet 3inches, 135lbs, 18.5%

What's your current gross intake of calories, on average? daily, usually around 1500-1700ish

Do you take cheat days or days off? i have bulemic eating tendencies, so i binge sometimes and purge by overexercising..

How much weight have you lost so far and over what time period? over the past year i'd say i've lost 25-30lbs

Describe your activity (exercise and non exercise) and did you change that activity withing the last couple of months? went from standing all day in retail, to a desk job selling gym memberships *three months ago i started desk job* was doing cardio alot nearly everday cut down to 4 times a week.. weight train nearly everday.

How long have you been stalled and if it is not a complete stall please be very specific as to how much you have lost over the stalled period. MONTHS! havent lost anything, gaining weight

Are you breastfeeding? no!

Do you have thyroid issues/risks or PCOS? nope!

How long has it been since you cut down the cardio? How long are your cardio sessions? What strength training routine do you do? How long have you been lifting for and how long doing this routine? What were you doing before, if anything?

its been about a month since i really cut down on my cardio, usually now they last a half hour to 45minutes, i do HIIT twice a week. i zumba for an hour once to twice a week. i train 5-6 days a week, usually 2-3 sets with varying reps, heavy week i go 4-6reps, moderate 8-12, light 12-20. ive been lifting for about 8 months. before i started lifting it was just ALOT of cardio and zumba. which started a year ago and was like everyday.

OP what are you hoping to do.
If you're 18% body fat, you should be rockin. Do you want to lower your % more or go for a # on the scale ?

    Sara: sounds great. Thanks:)

Fluffy: you'd think that would be the case, I'm tone everywhere except for my middle. My stomach is FAT and sticks out like I'm pregnant! I thnk I need to loose weight to solve it (unless its an underlying medical condition?). So the answer herre is both. Id ultimatly love to be around 128lbs and 15% bodyfat.

Can you lay out your current lifting routine for us.

Also, what has your weight done in the last 8 weeks, in weekly increments if you have it.

I lift 6 days a week, 4 different exercises for each body part, two sets of 1o-15 reps usually.

    Monday: chest/ wings
    Tuesday: abs/legs
    Wednesday : shoulers
    Thursday: bicep/ tricep
    Friday: legs
    Sautday:back

Starting tomorrow, my boyfriend and I are switching up our routine. Adding new exercises and revamping our reps n sets.

Unfortunatly my weight has just been going up. I don't have the increments.

As far as intake goes, we would recommend the following for the next two weeks. Please weigh, measure portions and log everything with as little estimation as possible in the upcoming two weeks.

    1500cals
    120carbs
    50fat
    140protein

Please let us know if you have questions or issues, and please follow up with us in 2 weeks with an update.

The above split is far from ideal for most people. If you'd like recommendations on that, let us know. Since you're lifting with someone else that can complicate things.
