No measurement changes except for right calf...

Waist: 26"
Hips: 41.5"
Right Thigh: 23.5
Right Calf: 14.5"- 14" minus half inch
Belly Button: 33"

Front squats: 20 lbs- 55 lbs +45
Push ups: all traditional from the start
Barbell rows: 20 lbs- 55 lbs +45
One legged squats: 20 lbs- 40 lbs +20
Mountain climbers: because I don't have a ball

Deadlifts: 50 lbs- 65 lbs (still worrying about form) +15
Dumbbell shoulder press: 20 lbs- 25lbs +5

I used a resistance band for wide lat pulldowns... until I broke it! :laugh: So, I replaced with...

Knees to elbows (pull up bar): Focusing on control and getting knees up higher.
Lunge: 20 lbs- 25 lbs +5
Burpees: 10-15

    Wow! Looking good! Good for you for actually going through with the Stage 1 "results" piece! (I just knew things were "changing" for me, so I just carried onto Stage 2 because I WAS SOOOOO EXCITED!!)

    Keep taking photos. Keep taking measurements. You're improving and everything is going to just get better-and-better!

    Not to be a spoilsport, but that's a difference of 35 lbs, not 45. :embarassed:

    But that's still amazing progress. I can definitely see a difference in your photos! Grats!
