I started on the 30.06.13 after having finished day 1 and 2 I am in bits today on day 3 (haven't done my workout today yet). I am in so much pain but hopefully that means that it is actually working.0

I am going to wait til the 15th. I am currently on the last week of insanity and thinking of taking a week's break before starting my next exercise DVD. I will be adding the 10 minutes to my body revolution.0

I've tried first exercise (Tone Up). Ladies, be carefull with your knees especially if you are overweight. Your knees should never be over your toes - push your derriere back!

Plan on starting today - it's 40 degrees Celsius outside - perfect day for workout inside!

Completed the first workout! I don't like squats! I find it difficult to judge where to put my foot to make sure my knee doesn't go past my toes... I like bridges - I already do those often!

Completed my first workout too. It was quite easy except for the Bulgarian split squats. Was having a bit of difficulty balancing. Looking forward to the next workout!0

Day two done and feeling great! I preferred this workout to yesterday's! Bring on toned muscles!0

Day 3 done! I'm glad tomorrow will be a rest day! My legs and butt are sore!!0
