Well, I am done with Insanity. Not by choice, but my injury. I have had a nagging heel issue for a week or two now, then this weekend I somehow sprained my ankle...in the pool!!! Still can't figure that one out. So gonna let it rest for at least a week (I am prone to week ankles) and then start in with something new.
But I wanted to thank each of you for the motivation to keep going as long as I did. Part of the reason I didn't give up was due to this group. I look forward to reading about your journeys as they continue though.
Good Luck in the last week. Y'all ROCK!!!!

Definitely take care of yourself. I certainly agree the group has been such a motivator to stay the course. I can't wait for the week to be so over.0

I won't be finishing until next week. I haven't done it since last Wednesday because of the pain in my leg. I will be alternating boot camp and Insanith until I finish my class. I have a total of 8 workouts before the fit test. I have boot camp today and I'll do do Max Interval tomorrow and continue from there.
I do know I'll be doing some of these after we finish until I'm done half marathon training. We are starting a Focus T25 challenge in September once we run the Diva's Half on the 14th.
So I will not be slacking in my workouts just modifying my plan.0 -
Hello group- this is my 3rd day without Insanity workout and it feels weird. I am staying at my parents' place and have difficulties fitting my workouts in. But I will do my best to restart tomorrow. I walk a lot and log my calories (lots of estimating here but it's better than nothing, I guess).
I am happy not to be the only one being a few days behind. I am very thankful for this group.0 -
Hope you get better soon!
I completed Plyo early this morning before the 90 degree heat set in, but it was still tough. I don't think Insanity has gotten any easier even on the last week! I was down another 1/2 lb. today so I was motivated by that. I am so thankful for this group! With out the support and seeing other people going through the same thing I don't know if I would have made it. Great work everyone!0 -
Max Plyo complete. I am so burned out on this program. I'll be glad when it's finally over.0

Max plyo for me too. I can't believe that I have gotten all this way without skipping a single workout:happy: However, I am definitely looking forward to moving on from insanity as my knees are starting to hurt especially when I take the stairs. Will definitely move to something lower impact.
Good luck to all of you.0
