Just started! *Hoping* to become a runner

Yay I completed the first day of the program today 100% successfully on the treadmill. Man it was hard for me. I am SO out of shape it's a little pathetic! My son is 3.5 months old, so I'm well overdue to be getting back in shape, but at least I started finally!

If anyone is just starting or wants a new friend, add me. I could use the motivation :-)

Congratulations! I completed W1D1 yesterday. My hubby is helping me through it as he has been an avid runner for 4 years. I am looking at it 1 week at a time...you can do anything for 1 week!

Good for you! You've started, so that means you're a running now. I never thought I'd be one myself, but now I actually look forward to my runs. Are you planning to sign up for a 5K run? I signed up for two this fall to act as more motivation. Feel free to add me!

I wasn't able to figure out the fitness thing until my youngest was a year old, so congratulations on getting started so early!

Also, that first day is one of the biggest challenges and milestones you will have as a runner. Great job on getting through it!

Congratulations on getting started! It's a great feeling, isn't it? That feeling gets better with every day. You can do this!
