Just finished week 3 of phase 1. Today during cardio 1 I did ALL 3 sets of running mans WITHOUT STOPPING!

    Big High Five to you!
It is such a good feeling to finally get all of those running mans, i remember my very first workout almost falling over thinking how can this be so hard when it looks so simple!

That is a GREAT victory. JM has Running Man intervals in one of the Ripped in 30 workouts, and I couldn't make it through them when I first started. I remember the feeling of success I got when I completed a full interval. Keep up the hard work! Soon you'll be blowing threw them without a thought!

That's awsome! It took me a week to be able to do it. They suck. I still hate running man. I just finished my first week of phase one yesterday. I also, did the kickstart program which included cardio each day. Lots of stupid running man. I try distracting myself while doing them so I'm not focused on how much longer I have to go in the minute. I face a long mirror while doing them and look at my form and tell myself to keep going so I can burn the calories that will help get rid of that ugly stomach I have. I know it sounds a little stupid, but it helped me through it. Keep up the good work!

Not stupid at all. I have a belly pooch and am LOVING watching it shrink. I, too, have a long mirror in the room that I workout in and I will look in the mirror while working out to remind myself of how far I've come, and how far I have yet to go!
