Hey! I wanted to let y'all know so far I am meeting my goals. How is everybody else doing?

I am also struggling with not eating when I am not hungry, and getting in exercise every day. Eating slower is also a new concept for me, lol

I am reaching all these goals, just struggling in the 2 areas. Anybody else have areas they are struggling with?

making real food instead of grabbing something from a box. Working nights throws me off- I don't want to think about cooking as soon as I get up even though I know it would be better for all of us.

Hi, I'm struggling with eating at night time. I have an almost 6 month old, a 7 yrs old, a 8 yrs old and a 10 yr old. They are on summer break and I usually don't have the time to sit down and eat but once they are all in bed, that's when the hunger hits the worst. I have been exercising a lot to make up for what I eat and how late I eat. So far it's been working but I would like to set up an eating schedule where I can sit down and eat and not have the baby on one arm trying to choke down a bite of my breakfast sandwich with the other hand while answering a gazillion questions that my 3 older kids like to ask as soon as I get my hands on my food lol. I barely get to eat sitting down. I'm always standing up when I eat.

Have you talked to your children abou this problem? They may not even notice. I know my 7 yr old understands and is very helpful once I explain how I need to change or improve in an area. Ask them to help you with this problem. Kids love it when we include them in us attaining certain goals. Maybe it will help.
