30-day commitment - One Day at a Time

It's day 1 for me, last night I ate higher carbs, and although it was an allowed food, it wasn't 100% to my plan.
I don't have any food plans today; party's, etc. and prepared my food. Today I will make a pledge to not deviate, I cannot predict tomorrow.
Good luck to all who are in with me in making a commitment just for today!

Good luck! I am trying to eat as low carb as possible (maybe not induction levels, but close to it) and do my Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 everyday of July and then run at least 3-4 times a week. July will be my month!! Whoo hoo!
And you are right...take it one day at a time0 -
If I can get through a day of even 50g carbs, it would be better than how i've been eating, but 20-30g will help me lose better. So far so good, but my coworker decided that today was bagel day, and proceded to tell me that I need the carbs for energy, *sigh* I'm so tired of hearing that argument. I resisted because I can predict the outcome, plus, I really need to do this for my health!
I plan on exercising at some point (so lazy) because that would take me even further. I tried 30DS and lasted through a few days. Maybe as I lose I'll get more motivated. I think I'll add in some exercise after the carb flu goes away, maybe by Friday or Saturday.0 -
Today is a much better day. I'm looking forward to getting away for a 2-day camping trip, with a variety of foods that will keep me honest. Have a great 4th everyone!0

Good for you for resisting that bagel! I am going to workout tonight and possibly run too, but I am really going to try to stay on track tomorrow. Stupid 4th of July cookouts are hard to stay on track!!0
