My first week accomplishments

I lost 4.6lbs in the first week doing the kickstart plan. I'm followed the meal plan too. I feel so motivated now to keep going. Also, I can now to the workouts without pausing the dvd for a break. Ready for week two!:happy:

Awesome for you! That is a great loss for your first week. I started my 3rd week this morning. However, I'm still doing Workouts 1&2. This will be my last week of them!0

I should start doing the advance moves too. Yesterday, after I finished doing Workout 1, I felt I had more to give. I'm going to try a heavier weight too. I can do probably 2 military push-ups and then I drop to my knees. lol. They do make it look really easy.0
