Hi ladies, adding my pennies worth here but how about we all record some measurements up front. At the end of the month how happy will we all be to see the inches drop. I'm not looking to lose weight but tone. It's not all about the scale :drinker:

GW: was 143lb
Long term goal= toning/strength building
Waist: 28"

Can't believe our squat challenge is over. It was defintly a challenge in the beginning but got easier for me as the month went on. I am happy to announce that I lost 8lbs this month, 2" off my waist, 2' from my hips and 3" from my thighs!!! I'd say that is a huge accomplishment for me!!:happy:0

Congrats, ladies!! Awesome results. I didn't take measurements at the beginning, but I can tell my backside is firmer and my thighs and knees are smaller too!
Can't wait for the next challenge!!0 -

You undoubtedly lost inches then! Get a tape measure! Its really empowering to SEE with the eye the shrinkage0
