Beast phase

Wow cutting calories and upping the protein was challenging. I had done HIIT / cardio along the way to keep from regaining bf. I had to increase calories somewhat after 3 days due to dizziness & feeling extremely tired. I even moved my WO to later in the day because 1st thing in the morning i no longer had the energy.
My waistline shrunk more and the difference between waist & at my belly button decreased.

    I have a few more weeks left of bulk and part of me isn't looking forward to beast. I love knowing that this is when my fat will start to come off quickly, but I hate that I will be cutting calories and carbs. Hopefully it isn't too bad.

    Also not looking forward to the beast phase. We'll get through it, though. :) I've gotten accustomed to the calories I've been consuming, so dropping those might be tough. I rarely ever hit my daily allotted carbs, though.
