Good Morning! I'm super excited to start the program, and hope that I can hear advice from the fellow ladies that have done the Body Beast Program! My starting weights are 3lb, 5lb, and 8lb and I look forward to when the 8's are easy, as right now they're pretty dang heavy  I figure I'll take my time with the…
mine is in the mail now, so I have a few quick questions. what is your overall impression? good? bad? how does it compare to other programmes, for example P90x or Chalean Extreme? I have 2 sets of dumbbells with plates, did you all use selectechs or powerblocks, or is it doable without? what range of weights were you using?
How does everyone get all their nutrition in? Its so much food and I never seem to get as much as I am supposed to. I do try to meal prep but I just stay so busy. I know. A good reason to meal prep.
Please take a moment to introduce yourself!
Hi everyone... Body Beast arrived today. I am hoping to use Body Beast to lose a little weight and all over toning program. Is anyone currently using this for that purpose. I have been using 21 Day Fix workouts, PiYo and just recently T25. I love variety and need to feel challenged with my workouts. I love T25!

I want to do another bulk this winter and was thinking about trying Body…
I'm used to cardio/ Insanity, how do you log this? I'm assuming you don't use a HRM with it? I heard that weights don't calculate on HRM as they do with cardio.
Heyy yall! I start Body Beast next week and am working on my nutrition. I get 2000 cals a day which I am trying to get used to eating soo much and increasing my carbs. Any suggestions??
First sorry for the long question/post....I have been using Body Beast for about 2 months. I am in the Bulk phase and while I do not follow the schedule exact (also do yoga and run 3-5 times per week) I do the upper body workouts 4-5 times per week. I can see a little more firmness in my upper body, my 8 reps are HARD at…
Wow cutting calories and upping the protein was challenging. I had done HIIT / cardio along the way to keep from regaining bf. I had to increase calories somewhat after 3 days due to dizziness & feeling extremely tired. I even moved my WO to later in the day because 1st thing in the morning i no longer had the energy. My…
