New to Body Beast, starting my first rotation (Lean Beast) today!!

Good Morning!
I'm super excited to start the program, and hope that I can hear advice from the fellow ladies that have done the Body Beast Program!
My starting weights are 3lb, 5lb, and 8lb and I look forward to when the 8's are easy, as right now they're pretty dang heavy I figure I'll take my time with the program before picking up 10lb and up. Or maybe I'll ask for adjustable weights for a birthday/christmas present (birthday is in december)
This morning starts the rotation off with Chest & Tris, push ups are difficult for me, so I modified those.

Never be embarrassed to modify. Youre still doing the moves just strengthening up to do them like the pros. Hang in there. Don't give up. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like.0
