I just took my Fit Test in Week 3 of Insanity, and let me tell you, it has gotten so much easier! Not to say it has gotten easy, but it's gone from being incredibly difficult to difficult for me, which is quite a difference. Every time I do a workout I feel a little better. With Pure Cardio for example, I would have to stop during certain exercises at first and by the end of week 2 I didn't have to stop half as much. I still feel sore all over after the workouts, but while doing the workouts I don't feel like I'm going to collapse anymore. Just work through it, and it'll get better as time goes on! I noticed results in terms of my endurance during the workouts by week 2. I haven't noticed much weight loss yet, but I don't have much weight to lose; I'm mainly trying to tone up. I hadn't seen my close friend in a couple weeks since I'd started Insanity and when I saw her the other day she immediately noticed how tone my arms have become. So I'd say by the end of your second week you'll start seeing the results, and definitely by the end of your 3rd week you should notice results for certain. Good luck! :)

Hello, I just started Insanity yesterday and did the fit test. I am 2 weeks post-op from getting a tonsillectomy but I have been waiting to start Insanity for so long. I did have a little trouble getting through it because of the burning sensation in my throat, but I am sure that with each day it will get easier. I am trying to find the energy to power through the workouts because after I get off work each day I kind of dread coming home to do this. Seeing other people's progress definitely helps to keep me on track, because I always think if they can do it, there should be no reason why I cannot. Let's keep each other motivated and hopefully 60 days will be up before we know it!!

    Hello :-)

I started almost 2 weeks ago, my weight was 123kg (today 119,4kg). My FitTest was sooo exhausting, but today (week 2 day 4) I feel so much better when I do Insanity! It is hard at the beginning, but it will be better next days ;-) push you to your limits :-) I had pain in my legs (bones) but it is better today and I think my legs accustomed to this workout.
I have a lot of fun with this workout and I'm proud of myself because I don't give up :) You will make it ;-)
  • I just started my first round of Insanity, today was day 2 of week 2. Pure cardio was easier than it was the first time, but was by no means easy. lol. I want to stick with the program, and believe I have the motivation to do so. Though part of me is scared of ever moving on to the second month. One day at a time I guess.

I am starting Insanity again tomorrow. I tried to start a couple of weeks ago but could not stay motivated. I will be doing the plyometrics cardio circuit tonight. I am hoping we can cheer each other along.

I started the workouts two days ago, skipped the fit test. Can't make it through a complete workout. Insanity is crazy.
