sit-ups

Is there an alternative to the sit-ups? I have back issues and sit-ups are too hard on my back. I'm going to attempt them everyday but want a back up exercise if there is one.

    Maybe reverse the sit up # with the crunch # if you find crunches easier on your back? Or bring your knees up to your chest while lying flat rather then your back up?
  • thanks for the ideas. I did crunches instead of sit-ups. I think I will try a few different ab exercises to see which ones work best for my back.
