NOTE: Beginning tomorrow, I'll start removing people from the group for not signing in. Remember, you have 3 days to report for a date: anyone who hasn't signed in for July 1st will be out tomorrow. Please make sure you've signed in for July 1st, as the group is too large at this point for me to send reminders to everyone who hasn't signed in.

    i must add some exercises , i work shifts so either i leave the house at 5am or arrive home at 11pm but thats no excuse i cn make time for 30mins im sure plus we have stairs at home so ill abuse them
